Looking at the screenshot you attached, it looks like you already have Dug-In enchanted on the weapon. When enchanting a weapon that has multiple options, a warning window appears that mentions that if you enchant it with one, you cannot enchant it with the other later. This seems to be the case with your version of Wahai Poraga. If you like, I could delete your old weapon and give you a new one to re-enchant it, but I would need an up to date save file for that.
