Show PoE 1 Reactivity

This specific option under Game in the Option panel works only when Expert (under Difficulty) is off though because it's under Game and not the Difficulty panel it would seem to the user that we would still be able to see our PoE1 choice/reaction as part of the Dialog options--again, because it's not part of a Difficulty toggle.

I put a suggestion request into the system for the team to look at and see what they may want to do about this and how to make this better.  If you have any other information or opinion about these features, please post it here as I will be linking this thread to the report so they can use it as a reference.
