Hello! Sorry for my bad english. How to work Deltro's Cage Helm? I am playing Cipher/Troubadour. This helm upgrade my damage when i use thunder - cast of troubadur? 

Not directly.

 

Once you get hit by shock damage it will give you a corresponding shocking lash for all the damage you deal.

 

Example:

 

You get hit by 20 shock damage. Then the helmet will give all your damage a +20% shocking lash.

 

Multiple shock hits on you don't stack.

 

You can self-inflict the shock damage if you have a friendly fire shocking spell (like Crackling Bolt). T also works with scrolls (Maelstrom).

 

Troubadour's shocking invocation is for only and this can't be used on yourself. But once the helm gives you a lash it works with every spell and ability and auto-attacks.

Does the shocking lash benefit from bonus PEN, say, like from Heart of the Storm passive? Similarly, does skills like Avenging Storm or the Storm Blows enchant from Boltcatchers benefit from Heart of the Storm?
