[Bug] There are 2 Rinco's Purse

This bug is easily reproducible.

1. Start Rinco's purse quest.
2. Go to satahuzi and convince Mokeha to give you the purse.
3. Pickpocket Mokeha and you will see another Rinco's purse.
4. Give the purse back to Rinco and you still have one purse left in inventory.

This was supposed to have been fixed before Deadfire released!  I've reopened the old bug and have the QA and Area Design team investigating this issue.
