Is there a way to teleport your character into Marihi's Metalworks?

Hey guys,

 

So, is there a console command for moving your character into a particular location? Specifically, in order to test the mod I've been working on, with the help of others here, I need to check Marihi's Metalworks. 

If cheats are enabled, F11 opens a menu that lets you move to any map.  You can also use "AreaTransition ReferenceByName PartySpawner".
