August 28, 20187 yr Hello Mastermoge, in order for us to help you, you need to be more specific - in which action against Karzoug it happened, what cards or powers did you play, what is the difficulty settings and wildcards and so on. The most useful "fix" for almost any situation is to go out into the Store or Collection and then back to the game, or possibly restart the game. If this does not help, you can try forfeiting the scenario and try again the AD6-5 scenario. If you cannot forfeit, it usually calls for Obsidian / Asmodee support. Hope it helps a bit.
