Epilogue stuck

Hello Obsidian Team,

 

I was just about to finish my first playthrough when I encountered an unfortunate bug... on one of the epilogue screens I get the option to continue but nothing happens, I am stuck on the screen. The Text on the screens says "Ships continue to disappear at the southeastern fringe of the archipelago, and stories circulate of a colony of fampyrs and guls preying on their crews." 

 

I reloaded from several different savegames and restartet the game but nothing changed. Apperently I am unable to finish the game because I never visited Splinteres Reef or did any quests there.

 

Please help, I would really like to see what all my actions have done to Eora.
