Wodehouse_44 Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 I can't console in the item to test. The game doesn't recognize it.https://github.com/Hohner20/POEII-Armor-Mod/tree/master/The%20Gloom%20Master's%20Coat
BMac Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 It looks like you're missing some closing brackets "]}" in your gamedatabundle. If you open up PillarsOfEternityII_Data/output_log.txt after launching the game, you might be able to find a helpful error message pointing out errors like this. 2
TT1 Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 (edited) Its missing ] } after the last line Always check here -> https://jsonlint.com/ Edited August 16, 2018 by TT1 1
peardox Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 There's more - I'm in mid-fix (1) Missing ]} as noted (2) It's called itemcoatmod.json, should be itemcoatmod.gamedatabundle (3) Missing strings (looking at this bit now) Possible other things was escaping asset files but not too sure how picky OBS are over this 1 OK Fair warning has been applied I'm gonna move the domain to https://perspak.com early Feb but will keep all content There are reasons behind this move which basically boil down to unifying my release schedule My friends are welcome to play (I'll set you up your own areas if you desire them) Please note that this process is messy so may take a few weeks
peardox Posted August 16, 2018 Posted August 16, 2018 (edited) Fixed The other thing you had wrong was localized/en/text/game/items.json (it's supposed to be items.stringtable) Oh - one thing I missed was the MAX in manifest.json I used reference items and Waenglith (got sick of cheating it in so just swapped out DP for yours <g>) Don't worry about the mistakes - it's simple to do unless you're experienced like our group and quite easy to miss things that are obvious to some of us. The attached is now fully functional (apart from the MAX in manifest.json I forgot to change - just change it to 2.0.1 and it's perfect) fixed.zip Edited August 16, 2018 by peardox 1 OK Fair warning has been applied I'm gonna move the domain to https://perspak.com early Feb but will keep all content There are reasons behind this move which basically boil down to unifying my release schedule My friends are welcome to play (I'll set you up your own areas if you desire them) Please note that this process is messy so may take a few weeks
