Barbaric Smash showing as Active Effect

As the title says; "Barbaric Smash: +50% Area of Effect with Carnage attacks" has been showing as an active effect on my character sheet for quite some time now. Doesn't matter if I'm in combat, idle, world map - it's always there. Not sure what to make of it?

Here's a save with it, I first noticed it a while ago in my game, can't remember exactly when though.
