[Bug] Dispersed Suffering duration

The Dispersed Suffering enchant on the new Frostfall mace says it increases duration of hostile effects by +20%, however it is actually increasing by +50%. This is both displayed in the combat log and seen if you monitor a debuff on a mob.

I'll have our developers investigate the Frostfall mace's Dispersed Suffering effect. In the meantime, could you please provide us with your save file so that we may test this using your character build?

I tested it with many different set ups on different characters and it was the same every time. It is equipped on Aloth in the save but my MC was using it in the video.
