I am playing POE on a PS4 and I just cannot figure out how to use Kalakoth's minor blights. I select the spell from the radial and then what do I do? Call me whatever you want (keep it clean cuz there are children that might see it) but I don't know what to do after selecting the spell.

I'm using Aloth and he has the Blast ability also. His weapons are scepter and rod.  I've heard this combo is very strong but not if I can't get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more info, let me know.

Thx.

Kalakoth's Minor Blights summons a wand into your hand (your actual weapons disappear temporarily). Then you just attack with that "Minor Blights" wand like you would with any other wand.

Minor Blights procs an AoE crush damage when it hits the initial target. Each of those AoE hits will trigger a Blast (if you took that talent).

That's why it's considered to be very powerful.

I have been out of town for a few days and unable to try it out. I finally tried it today and with your info I think I was finally able to get it to work. I don't think I was waiting long enough for the spell to take effect. I was using the rod immediately after casting the spell. Once I saw the spell was cast in the log, I used the rod and got the results I was looking for.

Thanks so much for your help.
