I had loaded a save game in Kahunga palace and was testing some things in combat. I then loaded a different save, on a boat in the ocean, and the game crashed.
In the .zip file at this link, I include the complete auto-generated crash dump directory, an additional dxdiag file, and the save game that I was loading when it crashed. One possible difference: I re-saved the sea save game after a successful load, so the save's internal format may have changed from 1.2.0-hotfix to 1.2.2.
