Heart Defender's Scale - Family Bond and Family Ties description error and enchantment bug

One armor, 2 issues. Let's go with the most severe one first;

 

 

While Ties does mention "against weapons" in the description only, Family Bond ommits this entirely. Despite that both's additional armor is against weapons. Is that ALL weapons or just melee weapons? (since a cat claiming weapons turned out just melee, so I'm sceptical of other mentions now).

 

 

Buying Family Harmony just greys it out rather than removes it, preventing "full enchanment" removing the enchantment button.
