[BUG v1.22] Concelhaut's Draining Touch becomes a permament weapon on Essential/Substantial Phantom

to reproduce:
 

  1. Cast Concelhaut's Draining Touch
  2. Cast Essential Phantom. It will get Concelhaut's Draining Touch as a weapon (copied from you)
  3. Essential Phantom can hit with Draining Touch as often as it wants to - it will not disappear. 

Related:

  1. Cast Kalakoth's Minor Blights
  2. Cast Essential Phantom. It will get the fire version of Minor Blights. This will have no duration and no cycling and will stay active as long as the Phantom is active.
  1. Cast any summoned item
  2. Cast Essential Phantom. It will get the summoned item which will not expire until the Phantom vanishes.

 

The underlying Problem is always the same: the current item with all its properties gets copied - but not the effect that "governs" the item. In most cases that's not a problem, but with Draining Touch it gets cheesy.
