I have been keeping off the Snowcap for several days so I'm pretty sure I'm not just imagining that the game is responding to changes on the speed slider. Both when it's changed with hotkeys and with the cursor.

I'll have our developers look into this. In the meantime, could you clarify whether you can actually change the combat speed or if it just visually shows whether the combat speed has been changed on the UI?
