Internal page error and CPU overheat

Ever since the last major patch. I was waiting for a new small patch to see if that fixed it, but it did not. Comes at random times; not predictable. Only happens with Pillars of Eternity II; never with any other game.

What files do I need to upload?

Could you elaborate on what "Internal page error" you are encountering? Also, the files that we generally request are the following:
