Unable to load Ironman Savegame!

I am unable to load my current playthrough. I'm 16 hours in currently on the worldmap and just did the Aloth Questline "The Painted Masks" so I'm near Ori o Koīki. The weird thing is that, when i go to load the save Aloth is displayed twice in the party. I only added 1 item via Unity Console(mod) but it`s been saving and loading after that no problem for hours. I`d rather not have to start all over, so i would really like to know what i can do.

Can you please provide us with your save file and your output log file of you not being able to load the save? Additionally, can you take a screenshot of the 2 Aloths appearing on the save? Lastly, what is the mod that you used?
