I took care of Benweth (without killing him) in fort deadlight before being contacted by capitain Furrante (He does not approach me at first when I take the water but only after Benezeth).With the quest symbols of death, furrante does not take into account that I already took care of Benweth.

I've added your issue to our database for our developers to investigate. In the meantime, could you please try to reproduce this issue on our latest v1.2.2 beta patch? Instructions for updating to that branch can be found here:

If you are still able to reproduce the issue on v1.2.2, then could you please provide us with a save file from before you killed Benweth and a save file from right before OR right after you accept the quest Symbols of Death?
