Where did Spell and Combat bar go?

How do i get the spell and combat bar back? Fighting is impossible, the AI sucks, and can't be depended on for heals or damage spells.  See screenshot.

You appear to have more than one character selected in the screenshot. Character-specific abilities aren't going to show up when you have more than one character selected.

If I'm typing in red, it means I'm being sarcastic. But not this time.

Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
