Move or delete the following folder:

 

Windows

\Users\Username\AppData\LocalLow\Obsidian Entertainment\Pillars of Eternity II

 

Linux

~/.config/unity3d/Obsidian\ Entertainment/Pillars\ of\ Eternity\ II/
