[Bug 1.2] Wahai Poraga -- full description corrupted

In 1.2 I just obtained the Wahai Poraga.  When I bring up the description screen, it appears to be corrupted in that it is not showing the actual stats/effects.  Instead is shows the error: "SystemArgumentNullException: Argument cannot be null.  Parameter name: key".  I've attached a screenshot.
