1) After combat, one naga was left behind, except no red circle to attack, and it couldn't attack us.  It just stood in place twitching.  One thing it could do was detect us in stealth.  You can see him on the left, between two party members.

 

2) The anvil is revealed as a hidden object, but it's impossible to loot.

So the anvil is now lootable (yay) but the weird decoy naga is still there.
