I'm trying to get into the luminous adra mill for a quest. Every time I get sent back to the Main Menu. I've already restarted several times. I've already done the verify file integrity thing that Steam has. I even went back 5 or 6 saves and tried to just rush to the door and open it and every time I get booted back. My game is up to date and I'm not opted in to the Beta program or anything like that.

 

Do I need to do a full uninstall and re-install just to get into this building? Will it happen for other buildings? Anyone have any suggestions?
