Still cannot load the Watershaper Guild dungeon

Prior to V1.1 I had been able to enter the dungeon and reach the dragon only to find that I needed my Watcher to have Metaphysics 9 while I have that on one of the team and am waiting for that to be fixed, or step back about 6 level updates to get it on him.

 

After V1.1 I now cannot enter the dungeon and get a Load Error and thrown out of the game. I have now tried again with V1.1.1 with the same error.

 

I have verified the game files and found that two files needed to be replaced.

 

But the issue still occurs.

 

So now I cannot complete The Shadows Under Neketaka quest and have reached a point where it would be useful for me to get the Fruitful Alliance quest before I deal with Crookspur.
