Is there a mod that'd allow me to replace a weapon proficiency taken at character creation with another one? I picked up Warbow proficiency for early PotD when my Marauder wasn't going to be able to go out in the front lines much, but I don't really need it anymore. I'd like to replace it with sword or hatchet specialization.

That doesn't allow me to reselect weapon specializations picked at character creation though.

I'm not at home to test this, but I believe you can use this mod to add the proficiency you want and to remove the proficiency that you do not want any longer.
