Anyone know where  we can hire Aharu and Azuko on Sayuka? PoED wiki tells me they are somewhere here to hire

You don't meet them in person, you hire them like most of any other crew offered by other port cities by clicking on the buy supplies button below the watercolor map of the port. Then on the left there are tabs where you can shop, retrain your party or hire new crew members.
