Ending slide for Splintered Reef

Finished up playthrough #2 last night. I received an ending slide for the Splintered Reef even though I had never been there, nor had I progressed any quest in a way that would have sent me there. Bug or working as intended?

Sounds like a bug to me, would you happen to have a save game or autosave before completing so I can look into it? Id appreciate it!
