1366x768 Change Appearance Screen

I'm playing Deadfire on my laptop, and while it runs smoothly, I can't increase the resolution over 1366x768. This wouldn't be an issue, but the change appearance screen you access from the inventory apparently doesn't scale with resolution, and the accept button to save the changes done seems to be just off the screen's edge. Help?
