paladin focus aura not stacking with fighters warrior stance?

anyone else having this problem?

 

Eder doesnt seem to be pricking up the accuracey bonus from pelleginas focus aura while he as warrior stance on

No, it's intended. Active effects do not stack with each other, and all modals are considered active in this regard (they won't stack with eg. the rapier's modal either).
