I noticed that on Streetzerker crit build on crit effects trigger more often than on hit ones. Maybe it's variance, but if not that would be a rather unpleasant oversight.

They probably do unless something's broken. I checked this in the game's files only for scordeo's edge, but its on hit effects in the files are flagged as on graze, hit or crit. If I recall, I did see some things as on hit and crit but not graze, but I don't think there's an on hit only.

Thanks, that's my bias then.

White Flames for example gets triggered if you hit or crit the target, not on graze (at least in beta).
