Arena sub-level map bugged

Hello, 

 

First of all the game has some minor and traduction problems (spanish), but this new big problem is so big. The map of the arena sub level don't change. This is the second time I'm here, I just have come back to do the trial of fire but it the game just keep charging and crash. The other maps are fine. 

 

I just don't know what to do, I have reinicite the game, try several times and days.

Also adding a I have detected the quest of Kahn in the Wild Mare also bugged and not activated

My apology for any inconvenience these crashes have been causing you in the sub-Arena levels This is a known is to our developers who are in the process of implementing a fix ASAP.

Ok, thx for the anwser, I'll wait there to continue then. 

 

Also the other problem: The quest of Kahn, in wild mare don't trigger when I speak with her, also I have the journal (I think it is the 1st step) and also don't trigger, if i speak I just lose the item but no experience or update.
