[BUG?] Rest not affect weapons in second slot\inventory

As the title says, rest never restores per-rest abilities tied to weapons, which during the rest are in the next slot or inventory. 

I've noticed this bug since the early versions and was surprised that nobody mentioned it yet.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
