Continuous stuttering

The game is affected by continuous stuttering every 10 seconds, expecially in combat mode and in certain areas. I love the game, but that issue is very very annoying.

 

That's my rig: I7 4770k, AMD r9 290, 16gb ram and the game is running on windows 10 on a seagate barracuda.

 

Please help

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
