So, I can't for the life of me find a place to buy a pelt and an antler in Neketaka. I have a vague memory of seeing a vendor with those kinds of ingredients, but as I'm working my way through the vendors, I can't seem to find one that has related materials. Can anyone help me out?

 

Edit: found pelts at the food vendor in Delver's Row. Still haven't found an antler. :)
