I have increased font size and the default heights of both dialogue windows (text of person we're talking to + our dialogue options) are too small for my taste - I have to scroll very often, which I find pretty uncomfortable and irritating.

 

I guess it's not possible to adjust in game settings, but I could poke in game files if someone gives me hint where I could start looking for.
