I have a problem with Gathbin Family Signet. It has the Lord's Authority ability, but I don't know how to access it. It doesn't shows in my character abilities or spells, it's obviously not active all the time... Please help if someone knows how to activate it.  

Most items that give you extra spells and abilities like that have this issue.  Exit the game and come back in and it will be there.
