[1.1b] Looping crew event triggered while travelling via city map

Docked in Neketaka and headed for Sacred Stair. 

Just outside Queen's Birth, I got a prompt about something going on in a city square.

Clicked the button and got this:

 

 

The SI ran it's course, then started again.

Completed it a second time, then got this:

 

 

Now I'm stuck at this screen:

If possible, please provide a savegame of the issue this occurred in so we can accurately investigate the problem you are experiencing. I will attempt to get this in to test, but it may not be reproducable in house.
