[Bug - Medium] Buying Cornett of Waves with successful dialog check for 2150 spends the rest of my money anyway

This bug should be easily reproduced

 

Using the dialog skill to purchase the Cornett from Takano emptied the 2150 coins, but then subtracted an additional 707 coins to bring my total to 0.

 

I have not tested with having different amounts of cash on hand.
