[Location][Geometry][Texturing] Smaller modelling/texturing-related nitpicks that stand out nonetheless

Question

The transition of the water texture from flowing to falling (outside of the Luminous Adra Mill in Queen's Berth) is rather hard:

That end of a wooden plank sticking out into the black void is next to the "gem lock" in Arkemyr's Vault in Periki's Outlook:
