Question regarding shipment of backer items

I haven't seen any information on this, so please correct me if I've missed it, but is there any timeline for when physical rewards from the campaign will be mailed out? I added the Guidebook Vol. 2 to my pledge and the shipping status is still "pending." I also do not have access to the digital soundtrack, but I assume that just hasn't been finished yet.

Yes I would be interested to know this as well, we are now 3 weeks past the delayed release date.  I don't think providing an update is unreasonable.
