Can you still get her to join your party if your save game file made her get kicked out of her faction? I don't want to continue the game if she cant be. I'll just create a new game with a different poe 1 story plot.

Did you side with Huana to blow up the gunpowder place?

 

What I did was leave her before I even went to go talk to the queen, and I didn't bring her into my own party until that quest was done and I was ready to sail again. That way she stayed.

 

Actually I didn't bring anyone with me when I was doing the powder thing, easier to stealth around myself then with 5 people. 

Yes, she'll turn you down at first but you can find her later at the VTC headquarters and can get her to join you then.
