My apology for any inconvenience these crashes have caused you when transitioning from the Sacred Stairs to The Gullet. We've added this issue to our data-base for our development team to investigate further.

I've the same sometimes crash when i enter oder leave area. I've read this is a known issue.
 

PillarsOfEternityII.exe caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
  in module PillarsOfEternityII.exe at 0033:3609a3fd.
