Crash - Giant Cave Grub in Old City

My apology for any inconvenience you experience when encountering the Giant Cave Grub in the Old City. I've gone ahead and added this issue to our data-base, including the logs you have provided so that our Development team will investigate this matter.

The same happened to me and now the game won't load, it shows the Attackin' Kraken loading screen then goes black and does nothing for over 20 minutes (at which point I force quitted.

 

Any idea how to get the game back?

I'm having the same crash, 3 times already today.

I have crashed there twice. I entered from the West the first time and the North the second time. It seem like it crashes when a certain ability of the monster's is activated.

I have played around a bit with it. It is when the Cave Grub activates an ability. It is not the knockdown, I crash once it goes off so I can't get the name, but the I cut looks like a cut or a tent flap that is partly open at the bottom. It is tan with a dark red part that is the cut or flap opening.
