When I go to the gate outside the Sayuka Workshop I get an interruption similar to a cutscene for several seconds. It's enough to enter and exit e.g. the Fleet Master's Office to get this again when I go to this location.

Just to elaborate, this happens after the druid attack on Sayuka and causes there to be 2 trigger points near the workshop that for about 1-2 seconds put you in cutscene mode despite the earlier event having resolved
