[CTD] Poko Kohara

Sooo during "The Storms of Poko Kohara" I got to the third level of the ruins, where the infected adra pillar is, and when I examine the pillar nothing happens. When I first entered the room Eder said "I think I found the problem" or something along those lines, but nothing else.
At first I thought that was how it was supposed to be so I got out and did other stuff, overwriting all my savegames in the process, but then read online that a portal should open in the adra or something. 

Am I doing something wrong?

Same problem. output.txt attached. Updated all video and audio drivers, lowered graphics settings to minimum, turned sound off, nothing worked.

Every time I attempt to approach the front of the temple I enter a combat scene and the game immediately crashes.

 

Not sure if there is a fix for it or anything?

Same for me, I get a rumble animation and then the crash....

This worked for me! 

 

I did a "verify integrity of game files" on my Steam library PoE II and it fixed this issue for me. Hope it can help others.

There are two different problems I think described in this thread.

 

The one where your game crashes as soon as you climb steps to Titan is fixable by verifying game cache in Steam.

I am having a different problem. The dialogue option for not destroying the adra and having Beza join in defeating Anahura. Regardless you do get the choice of which to do do after the fight. thanks!

Verifying the steam install files for the game seems to be a fix/workaround for this: 8.8mb gets downloaded and then all appears to be good - no crash.
