Add Clear Out visual effect to Whisper of the endless

I saw one thread from another forum that is very cool.

To archive this you need to:

1. open \PillarsOfEternityII_Data\exported\design\gamedata的attacks.gamedatabundle

2. search for keyword 'Whispers_of_the_Endless_Paths_Attack'

3. go a few lines after it and, change VisualEffects":[] to VisualEffects":[{"VisualEffect":"prefabs/effects/abilities/fighter/fx_clear_out.prefab","AttachPoint":"Root","AttachObject":"Caster","AttachMode":"PositionFaceSource","MeshType":"None","Event":"OnLaunch","AnimEventID":0,"Loop":"false","Scale":"false"}]
