Anyone know if its possible to allow more than just F1/2 etc as hotkeys? Or to swap them back to 1-9?

You can make any key a hotkey in vanilla as long as it isn't bound to a control in the Options menu (including Ctrl/Alt combos).  This behavior is in code, so it's not easy to mod.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
