Negative effects not coming off after rest

Xoti has two debuffs that are called "mage slayer" and "spell interruption" 

 

I cannot for the life of me get rid of them.... ive tried all kinda different food and rest and they just persist

 

This has rendered her utterly useless... im going to have to restart or roll a priest npc to continue the current game im in 

 

 

ive dug through the forums can't find anything about this

This issue should be fixed for patch 1.1. Is it still affecting you?
