    I have mods available in my inventory, but any time I open a workbench, they do not show up for my weapons. My armor and helmet mods are available and I can modify those without any issue, but can't upgrade my weapons.

    So as title says the weapon Proficiency trait is not working for me. both my characters have gotten it and they still get the +4 difficulty any time i use a weapon that requires it and its really annoying.
