Man, I came to The Walking Dead sooo late. When it first came out I watched the first few episodes, loved it, then sort of forgot about it because of other stuff going on in my life. Recently I downloaded the first four seasons on Sky and binged with Mrs. MC (who, it turns out, now loves zombies about five years after they became utterly passée). I'm going to start S4 tonight so please don't spoil me. Or use tags. FWIW, S2 of TWD, and the whole Shane / Rick story was brilliant. And the opening of the first episode of S3 was one of the best pieces of show-don't-tell storytelling I've seen on the TV in a long, long time. So I'm a happy bunny, especially as I've heard there will be a Season 6. And of course, shows like this keep our utterly superior English actors in work. I've also recently finished a book with a sort of post-apocalyptic theme (a sort of 'low apocalypse' in a 'low magic' kinda way) and am finding myself getting really dragged into the genre in a way it never grabbed me before. So with that in mind this thread is an appeal for you to share your favourite PA ideas, pictures, movies, books etc with me in case there's something I should be enjoying but ain't. So, kicking it off.... favourite pulp schlock PA movie, my guilty pleasure?
